Seymour Board of Public Works and Safety: During a special meeting on July 30, 2026, the Seymour Board of Public Works awarded a $1,186,681 contract to King's Trucking for the Burkart Blvd Sewer Extension Project. King's Trucking submitted the lowest of five bids, significantly below the engineer's initial estimate of $1,864,470. Half of the project's total cost will be funded through READI grant funds.
