Automation and AI disclosure

Software checks allowlisted official sources on a schedule and records which source items have already been processed. Some long meeting records and transcripts are summarized with AI to identify decisions, votes, spending, dates, and public impacts.

AI is not treated as a source. Generated claims must remain grounded in collected official material, and the official evidence is linked from the report. Routine road, river, and weather reports are assembled directly from structured public data when AI is unnecessary.
