Seymour City Council: The Seymour City Council voted 5-1 to reject Ordinance No. 12 (Council Bill No. 30), defeating a request to rezone property at East U.S. Highway 50 for developer Becknell following extensive public opposition regarding traffic, noise, property values, and infrastructure strains.
